The grievance of the petitioners is that their Applications filed on 20.03.2025 at Annexure-A with the respondent-Tahsildar seeking mutation entry in the name of the petitioners jointly in the revenue records has not been considered by the Tahsildar. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38710 WP No. 15491 of 2025 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the RTC presently stands in the name of Sri.Annappa S/o Doddamuniswami, who is the father of the petitioners herein. It is submitted that the petitioners had filed a suit in O.S.No.603/2006, seeking declaration and permanent injunction to restrain the defendants therein from interfering with the peaceful possession of the suit schedule property. The said suit was decreed in favour of the petitioners on 07.08.2013. The defendants preferred a regular appeal in R.A.No.5019/2013 on the file of the learned III Additional District and Session Judge, Bangalore Rural District, Bangalore, and the regular appeal was dismissed on 24.07.2015. Thereafter, the defendants preferred a regular second appeal in RSA No.1662/2015 and the same was also dismissed on 23.04.2021 as not pressed. In that view the matter, learned Counsel submits that the respondent-Tahsildar may be directed to enter the name of the petitioners in the revenue records jointly having succeeded to the estate of Sri.Annappa. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38710 WP No. 15491 of 2025 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Tahsildar, Anekal Taluk, to proceed to enter the name of the petitioners in the revenue records, on the ground of succession. The names of the petitioners shall be mutated in the RTC jointly as legal heirs of Late Sri.Annappa. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
