This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and direct the respondent no. 3 to comply the approval order dated 18.02.2021 and provide the physical possession to the petitioners over the land in question." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners were allotted the land in question for which the approval has already been granted in the year 2001, but till date no possession has been handed over to them. According to the petitioners' counsel, the private respondents have encroached upon the land of the petitioners. Petitioners may file an application under Section 134 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for redressal of their grievance. 3. In case the said application is moved within one month from today, the authority concerned shall decide the same strictly, in accordance with law, within next two months. 4.
