Today, when this Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the Petitioner either in person or through his Counsel. 3. The learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that survey was conducted in the subject land on 10.02.2026. 4. The relief sought in this Writ Petition is to direct the 2nd Respondent to survey the subject land. Since survey was conducted in the subject land, none appeared on behalf of the Petitioner to prosecute the case. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
