Deepika Mishra who have been identified by their counsel. Smt. Deepika Mishra along with her two minor kids is willing to join her husband, the petitioner no. 3, Dinesh Mishra. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is allowed with a direction to the Station House Officer concerned to ensure the safety and security of the two minor corpuses and the respondent no. 3, if required.
