Heard Sri Kaushal Kishor, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have questioned the decision taken by the respondent authority dated 10.12.2024, whereby, they have been disengaged. 3. The petitioners, admittedly, were employed at the strength of their enrollment with service provider agency namely M/s Samradha Poorva Inftech Private Limited. The order has passed in this regard is addressed to the said service provider, which is not before the Court. 4. In a considered view of this Court, the engagement made at the behest of the service provider, an individual cannot raise any grievance. If the petitioners have any grievance, they can raise with the service provider agency. 5. With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 6.2.2025 S.A.
