The petitioners have preferred this writ petition with the prayer to command the Vice Chairman, Agra Development Authority- respondent no.3 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioners, as per representation dated 14.05.2025, 16.06.2025 and 24.06.2025 pertaining to illegal construction raised by the private respondents. 3. Taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that interest of justice would be sub- served by issuing a direction to the third respondent to consider the cause of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The petitioners have filed the detailed representations, which are appended as Annexure-1 to the writ petition, the same shall be decided expeditiously, preferably within six weeks period. 4. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and the authority concern shall pass order independently, in accordance with law at the earliest without causing any delay. 5.
