The grievance of the petitioner herein is with regard to issue writ of mandamus to the respondent- Authorities to consider the representations at Annexure-H and Annexures-J series. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of the representations, the same would indicate as to determination of his title in respect of the subject land. 4. In that view of the matter, it is open for the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court for crystallizing his right with regard to the title over the property in question, if so advised.
