THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO:1482/2024 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 10.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20389 of 2022. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 10.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20389 of 2022 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection for the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents. 5. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner for initiating separate proceedings for further claim, if any.
