The only prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner to direct the Licensing Authority to pass appropriate orders on the application submitted by the petitioner for renewal of his fair price shop license bearing License No. 10201, weapon no.AB98-5371 within stipulated period. 2. On the other hand it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that the necessary order be passed by the Respondent No. 2 on the aforesaid application, expeditiously. 3. Heard counsel for the parties. 4. With the consent of the counsel for the parties and also in the interest of justice the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent No. 2/ District Magistrate, Kaushambi to pass appropriate order on the application submitted by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, unless there is no legal impediment. 5. It is made clear that the Respondent No. 2 will pass the order without influence with the observations made by this Court.
