JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52081 WP No. 28338 of 2025 ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "PRAYER WHEREFORE the Petitioner in the above case do hereby humbly prays before this Hon'ble Court: a. To pass an order by way of issuing the writ of mandamus directing the learned Single Judge to dispose the said matter i.e. the file of M.C.No.1209/2024 pending before the Hon'ble VIth Additional Family Judge, Bangalore since 2023. The said matter may be directed to be concluded within a stipulated time without providing un-necessary adjournments to both the parties. b. To pass such other order or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of equity and justice." 2. The M.C. is of the year 2024. This Court had directed the Family Court to dispose of the matters that are filed till the year 2019. Hence, there cannot be any direction to the Family Court to dispose of the matter which is of the year 2024. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. i.
