Issue a Writ of Mandamus to Respondent No -1 to expeditiously consider and dispose the Interim Application filed by the Petitioners Under Section 71(3) of the Karnataka Co-Operative Societies Act, 1959 (Annx-c) in (un-numbered) Dispute filed under Section 70 of the Karnataka Co-Operative Societies Act, 1959 by the Petitioners on 20.6.2023. ii. Grant any such reliefs as deemed fit by the Hon’ble Court in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the interlocutory application filed under subsection (3) of Section 71 of the Karnataka Co-operative Services Act, 1959 in the dispute filed by the petitioner has not been considered by respondent No.1. 3. Whenever any interlocutory application is filed, it is required for the respondent to consider the same and pass necessary orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. In that view, over the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i. the petition is allowed. ii. A mandamus is issued.
