5. At this juncture, learned counsel for the Opposite Party / Bank submits that the Petitioner instead of preferring this Writ Petition should have approached the concerned authority of the Opposite Party/ Bank for redressal of her grievance.
6. Considering the above submissions made on behalf of both the parties, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the Petitioner to approach the concerned authority of the Opposite Party /Bank along with a decent proposal for settlement of the loan outstanding dues in question and also in order to have a settlement to the loan account, within a period of five working days hence. In such event, the said authority shall look into the grievance of the Petitioner and consider the grievance of the Petitioner sympathetically, if the said proposal of the Petitioner is acceptable to him, within a period of seven working days thereafter.
7. Though this Court refrains from granting any protection to the loanee, however, in a spirit of mediation this Court considers for granting a small window for settlement. Hence, till a decision is taken in the matter by the Opposite Party/ Bank, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner pursuant to the dispute involved in this Writ Petition.
