Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. 2. Heard the parties 3. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Senha P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Lohardaga. 4. On 02.12.2024, brother-in-law of the informant Shamsher Ansari was called by the accused persons at Brick Kiln of the co-accused Birendra Mahto, where it is alleged that he was assaulted and subsequently, he succumbed to his injuries. 5. Mr. Nilesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have not been named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that from the impugned order, it transpires that the deceased has met with an accident after he was hit by JCB machine, due to which he died. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Lohardaga in connection with Senha P.S.
