Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that petitioner had prayed for directing the respondents to release pension by counting the contractual service rendered by him, whereas the writ petition was disposed of on 12.03.2025 on the premise that the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondents for counting contractual service for the purpose of seniority, promotion and increments etc. 2. Looking to the pleadings in the application and the contents of the writ petition, prayer is accepted. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Judgment dated 12.03.2025 passed in CWP No. 3392/2025 is recalled. Application to stand disposed of.
