learned counsel for the petitioner, Smt.Swapna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri K.Bhagat Sing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 3 to 5.
2. The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 3^^^ respondent in not releasing the sanctioned amount of monitory reliefs as specified in G.O.Ms.No.95 Social Welfare (CV.POA) Department, dated 29.08.2016 as illegal and arbitrary.
2 The police registered crime No.62 of 2023 date1330.09.2023, Balayapalli Police Station, Tirupati District under Sections 3(1 )(r), 3(2)(va) of SC & ST (POA) Act. Later, a charge sheet was filed on the file of the 5^^ Additional District & Sessions-cum-Special Court for SC & ST (POA) Court, Nellore and the same is numbered SC(SPL) No.31 of 2024. The said criminal case was posted to 10.12.2024 for framing charges.
3. The Government issued G.O.Ms.No.95, Social Welfare (CV.POA) Department, dated 29.08.2016, a scheme for Relief and Rehabilitation of the SCs/STs (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. As per the said GO, monetary relief is provided to the victim.
4. By proceedings vide REV02/2457/2023-JA-C4-TPT, dated 01.11.2023, learned 3^*^ respondent sanctioned Rs.25,000/- to the petitioner (crime stage).
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the charge sheet has been filed and the petitioner is entitled to 50% in terms of G.O.Ms.NO.95 dated 29.08.2016. However, 50% of the amount has not been given and hence the petitioner made a complaint in speed post on 29.04.2024. However, the complaint has not been considered, hence, the above writ petition.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted instructions of the 3'’'^ respondent wherein it was mentioned that a charge sheet has not been received from the Superintendent of Police, Tirupati. After receipt of the charge sheet, further action will be taken for the release of monetary relief. In the instructions, it was mentioned deposit of Rs.25,000/- at the FIR stage to the petitioner’s bank account.
6. Along with the writ petition, the daily status of the case, referred to supra, was filed. As seen from the copy of the daily status filed along with the writ petition, police filed a charge sheet in SC (SPL) No.31 of 2024 against D.Kristaiah and others on the file of V Additional District & Sessions-cum-Spl.

3 SC & ST Court, Nellore. Thus, the above instance demonstrates the filing of the charge sheet by the police. Given the scheme in G.O.Ms.No.95, dated 29.08.2016, since the charge sheet has been filed by the police, the learned 3^^ respondent shall pass appropriate orders regarding payment of the amount in terms of G.O.Ms.No.95, dated 29.08.2016 to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

9. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
