Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred averments and documents annexed in this writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 4 submits that she has not received complete instructions however, in case claim of the petitioner is legally admissible, same will be considered in accordance with law and in case of any legal impediment, it will be informed to the petitioner within a period of four weeks. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, taking note of the assurance given by the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of.
