One is that petitioner has not disclosed and suppressed the fact that he had already approached this Court by filing a petition against the impugned notice and order having been passed by this Court on 30.07.2024. Secondly, once there is an interim order passed by this Court when the revision petition is pending, second petition on the same cause of action would not be maintainable. 3. If the grievance of petitioner is that the revision petition has not been disposed of finally till date, it is for petitioner to approach the concerned authority than coming to this Court. Thus, no relief can be granted in this petition. 4. Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, all the interim applications are also dismissed.
