Case No. 04 of 2024 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, 8 liters country made mahua liquor was recovered from the house of petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Excise Judge Court No.-2, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.
