It is the case of the petitioner that she is an Assistant Teacher in Basic School. On 05.08.2013, she was transferred to G.P.S. Matena, Almora. But subsequently, she was attached in G.P.S. Maat, Hawalbagh, District Almora because at that relevant time, there was only one student left in G.P.S. Matena, District Almora. The petitioner did join at G.P.S. Maat, Hawalbagh, District Almora on 01.04.2025. She was doing well. She has applied for her permanent attachment to G.P.S. Maat, Hawalbagh, District Almora, according to Government Order dated 07.08.2018. But, no action has been taken, therefore, the petitioner seeks directions to the respondents to take initiative for permanent attachment of the petitioner in G.P.S. Maat, Hawalbagh, District Almora. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had already given a representation on 17.04.2025, which is annexed as Annexure No.4 to the writ petition, but it has never been decided. He would also submit that his representation may be decided within a stipulated time. Learned State counsel would submit that the respondent authority would take a decision on the representation of the petitioner, which is Annexure No.4 to the writ petition, within a period of four weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel. The petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent authority to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner, which is Annexure No.4 to the writ petition within a period of four weeks from today.
