THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the e-Tender Notifications dated 10.03.2023 and 13.03.2023 notified in Annexure–F - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47952 WP No. 8564 of 2023 and G, issued by respondent No.3, under which the tender period ranges from six months to twelve months. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the validity and continuation of the said tender process. 3. However, it is noted that the impugned tender notifications pertains to the year 2023. Since the tender period has already lapsed and the process has become infructuous due to the passage of time, no effective relief can now be granted in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Sd/- (E.S.INDIRESH) JUDGE SB List No.: 1 Sl No.: 25
