The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 15.01.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 796 of 2025 in which Court has ensured the liberty and life of applicant is not interfered by any of privates respondents. I have perused the record. From perusal of the same, marriage of applicant was solemnized on 24.11.2022 and till now not a single incident has been narrated in the affidavit. Apart that, pursuant to the order of High Court, report was submitted by the concerned SHO vide order dated 3.2.2025 intiated prohibitory proceedings under Section 126/135 of BNS Act against both the parities to maintain law and order, therefore, as on date no contempt is made out.
