This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide the trial of Criminal Case No.5128 of 2010 in pursuance to Case Crime No.645 of 2009, under Section 379 LP.C., Police Station-Naini, District- Allahabad, pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Court No.4, Allahabad within some stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is accused person in the present case and FIR has been registered in the year 2009 and after about 14 years, charge has been framed but no prosecution witnesses is being produced for examination and prosecution are intentionally delaying the trial proceedings. The case is pending since 2010. 4. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2010. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the trial court to decide the aforesaid case within a period of 18 months, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties.
