It is seen that the petitioner already lodged complaint and the petitioner was issued CSR.No.337 of 2020. Thereafter, the complaint was enquired and closed. However, this Court directed in Crl.OP.No.12166 of 2020 to conduct further investigation. Once again, investigation was done by a different investigation officer i.e. Inspector of Police, J2, Adyar Traffic Investigation, Besant Nagar, Chennai and found that the complaint was lodged with false allegations and as such, the complaint was closed as mistake of fact. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Crl.No.1603 of 2025 3. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned closure report. If at all the petitioner wants to proceed further, the petitioner ought to have filed a private complaint in the manner known to law. 4. With the above observations, this writ petition is dismissed.
