This Court on 17.01.2025 had passed the following order: “List this matter on 23.01.2025. In the event the order dated 23.11.2024 would not be complied in the letter and spirit, the matter would be viewed seriously and exemplary cost would be imposed which would be directed to be recovered in accordance with law from the person who is now transferring the file from table to table.” 3. Pursuant to the order, the learned AGA would place on record the deposit of amount of Rs.9,89,200/- into the account of the petitioner No.3.
