Also heard Mr.Malay Jain, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondents No.1 to 3/State and Mr.Amit Soni, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned FIR bearing Crime No.0409/2021, dt .09/09/2021 offence U/s 420 of IPC registered by the P.S.-Simga, Distt.-Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara (Annexure-A/1) in the ends of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, investigation has been concluded and closure report has been submitted in the Court concerned. 4. In view of the same, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to private respondent No.4 to take recourse to law if aggrieved by the closure report.
