Case No. 154/2022, registered for offence punishable under Sections 376, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6 / 7 of POCSO Act. 3. It is alleged that this petitioner forcibly committed rape upon the informant. 4. The informant, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case.
