This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.2 to 4 to remove the illegal construction of respondent no.5 & 6 and also directing them not to make any hindrance in the path of petitioner, bearing gata no.547 measuring area-0.038 hectare, situated at Village & Post- Pachokhar, Police Station-Dildar Nagar, Tehsil-Zamania, District- Ghazipur. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of directing the respondent no.2 to decide the application dated 23.05.2025, in accordance with law." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that private respondent had created obstruction which has led to filing of application on 23.05.2025 before respondent No.2, which is pending consideration. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent No.2 to decide the application dated 23.05.2025 in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, expeditiously. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
