JUSTICE KHATIM REZA ORAL ORDER 3 22-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Obra P. S. Case No. 140 of 2022, dated 30-03-2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. A report was called for from the learned trial court which was available to this Court through letter No. 07 dated 2nd of January, 2025, which reveals that Sessions Trial No. 437/22/23/23 arising out of Obra P. S. Case No. 140 of 2022 has been disposed of on 16-12-2024 and the petitioner has been acquitted. 4. On account of acquittal of the petitioner, during pendency of this application, learned counsel for the petitioner Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81744 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 submits that this application has become infructuous. He seeks permission to withdraw this application. 5. Permission is accorded. 6.
