Petitioner is challenging compassionate appointment of his elder brother, who is Respondent-4 herein on ground that his brother has submitted wrong document with regard to proof of age. 3. Aforesaid dispute cannot be decided in a writ petition since it involves disputed question of fact. 4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to petitioner to agitate his grievance before appropriate forum, if so advised.
