Learned counsel for petitioner submits that till date no charge sheet has been submitted as well as grounds mentioned in suspension order are legally unsustainable. 4. Learned counsel for respondents submits that charge sheet, if required, will be submitted within a period of two weeks from today. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that in case no charge sheet is submitted within a period of two weeks from today and, if submitted, but with cooperation of petitioner inquiry is not concluded within a period of six weeks thereafter, suspension order dated 01.05.2025 shall be kept in abeyance.
