The present petition has been preferred:- “for modification of the order dated 12.03.2024 passed by the Hon’ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 10867 of 2024 by which the Hon’ble Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner.” 3. On 12.03.2024, anticipatory bail was allowed and the petitioner was to surrender within a period of four weeks. 4. Ten months later, a modification petition has been filed informing that he was out of the state and had no Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3310 of 2025(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 knowledge about the order. Nothing has been attached to show in which state he was stationed and/or at that time and the date when he returned. 5.
