In the present case, order under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') dated August 30, 2024 was passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Moradabad for granting possession to the petitioner who is the secured creditor. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no stay operating on the property in question. 4. In light of the same, the respondent Nos.4 and 5 are directed to act in accordance with law and comply with the order passed under Section 14 of the Act within a period of six weeks from date, if there is no other legal impediment. 5.
