GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “ .... to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action the respondents not taking any action on the complaint made by the petitioner to the respondents on 25.01.2019 and 16.12.2019, is illegal, arbitrary and principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to register the case and investigate the same as per the directions of the Apex Court (Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government or Pradesh reported judgment in 2014 (2) SCC page 1 and pass ....” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that similar complaint is sent by the Petitioners and the said complaint is registered as a case in Crime No.146 of 2020 of Guntur Urban Police Station and that no further orders are necessary and this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the above submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
