This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Issue writ order or direction in nature of mandamus to Respondent no. 2/ Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur to decide the pending Eviction proceeding bearing computer case No. T202514360106794 under Section 134 U.P. Revenue Code 2006 (Aslam Vs Saroj Kumar and others) within shortest time bound period as this Hon'ble Court may please under the fact and circumstances of the case (Annexure No.1)." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that Computer Case No. T202514360106794 under Section 134 U.P. Revenue Code 2006 (Aslam Vs Saroj Kumar and others) are pending consideration before respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent No.2 to decide Computer Case No. T202514360106794 under Section 134 U.P. Revenue Code 2006 (Aslam Vs Saroj Kumar and others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
