Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "directing the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Maagistrate, Court No. 9, District Mathura to deice the stay application/6C application of the suit No. 527 of 2022 (Rajkumar and another versus Kishan and others) expeditiously within a stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. From the perusal of petition it is apparent that earlier also a petition being Matter under Article 227 No. 14996 of 2024 (Kishan Babu Gupta v. Rajkumar Sharma and 17 others) was filed by the petitioner for the same relief which was disposed of by order dated 28.11.2024. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Rules of the High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition for the same relief, is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
