Case No.217 of 2024 dated 28.08.2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 80/ 85/ 115(2)/ 352/ 351(3)/ 3(5) and 314 of B.N.S, 2023 and 3/4 of D.P. Act, 1961, pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Nawada. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4. Permission is granted. 5.
