Case No. 36 of 2025 arising out of Nagar Untari P.S. Case No. 219 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 309(5), 62 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. On 23.10.2024, four unknown persons entered into the State Gramin Bank, Bilaspur Nagar Untari and attempted to commit robbery. When the people of the locality started gathering there, they fled away. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade and this fact has been mentioned at Paragraph-6 of this Bail Application. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2024. It was finally submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Mr. Arup Kr Dey, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Nagar Untari, Garhwa in connection with S.T.
