Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri Bratendra Singh learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 to 5 and learned A.G.A for the State. The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 12.6.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 453 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109 B.N.S., Police Station- Kasganj, District- Kasganj. It has been averred in the short counter-affidavit that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court. Learned counsel for respondent nos.3 to 5 states that respondent nos. 3 to 5 have no objection in case the impugned F.I.R. is quashed. In view of the above, impugned FIR is quashed. The writ petition is allowed. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this order in the case diary.
