Petitioner has approached this Court that his retiral benefits such as, gratuity, earned leave, arrears of ACP and arrears of dearness allowance, are not paid. 3. Learned counsel for respondents, on basis of limited instructions, fairly submits that grievance of petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and in case of any legal impediment, the same will be communicated to him within a short period. 4. Taking note of above submission of learned counsel for respondents, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that aforesaid amount towards retiral dues be paid to petitioner within a reasonable period and in case of any legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to petitioner.
