Case No. 22 of 2022 arising out of Nagri P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 557 of 2018, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 379, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Arvind Kumar No.2, learned A.J.C.- XX, Ranchi. 3. On 21.01.2018, at about 08:30 p.m., the brother of the informant Umesh Kumar Ganjhu and his friend Shamshad Alam were assaulted by unknown persons in their farm house at Lalgutwa, thereafter they succumbed to their injuries. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co- accused persons. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since last four years. It was finally submitted that the co-accused Sushil Kumar Verma and Akash Singh have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 5785 of 2022. 5. Considering the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Arvind Kumar No.2, learned A.J.C.- XX, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
