Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No.2 to remove the illegal encroachment of Respondent No.7 and his associates from Khata No.268, Gata No. 106(M), Area 0.220 hectare out of Area 0.081 hectare, situated in Mauja Sultanpura, Pargana and Tehsil Month. Distru Jhansi. II. Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to take appropriate action upon the representation of the petitioner dated 21/05/2025, 03/06/2025 and 20/06/2025 regarding incorporating the name of the petitioner over Khata No.268, Gata No.106(M), Area 0.220 hectare out of Area 0.081 hectare by deleting the name of Rajkumari Devi wife of Manohar Lal which was wrongly mutating on 04/07/2024 in revenue record, within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petiton, it appears to be a private dispute between the petitioner and respondents No.5 to 7. No adjudication as far as private dispute is concerned can be done in writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India. 3. Writ petition stands dismissed.
