JUSTICE B.M.SHYAM PRASAD) The complainant has filed a writ petition in WP No.102570/2022, which is disposed of by the Writ Court on 31.08.2024 with a direction to the respondent No.5 to consider the complainant’s representation in accordance with law. The writ Court’s direction reads as under:- “““Dispute is about payment of salary for duration beginning from date of order of posting petitioner to respondent no.5-institution till her joining at Government P.U.College, Mundaragi. Since, petitioner would be in services of respondent no.5, until she joined Government P.U.College, Mundargi, and petitioner has submitted representation to respondent no.5, which appears to have remained without consideration, writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no.5 to consider petitioner’s representation dated 30.07.2021 at Annexure-G, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders under intimation to petitioner within a period of two months from date of receipt of certified copy of this order” Sri C.S.Patil, the learned counsel for the answering respondent, has placed on memo stating that the petitioner - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:340-DB CCC No. 100378 of 2024 has been issued with the Endorsement dated 25.10.2024, giving reasons for rejecting the petitioner’s representation for payment of salary. On perusal of such Endorsement, this Court is of the view that the present proceedings cannot be sustained, but the complaint must at liberty to pursue any grievance as against this Endorsement.
