The petitioner is a complainant and he made a complaint against the sitting Pradhan before the respondent 3-District Magistrate, Mau, copy of which is appended as annexure-1 to the writ petition. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that though the complaint is accompanied by an affidavit but the same is still pending consideration. 3. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that respondent no.3 will take a final decision in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 5. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the respondent no.3-District Magistrate, Mau to do the needful in the matter pursuant to the complaint in question expeditiously.
