Since the matter is heard and decided finally, therefore, I.A. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents to produce the entire records relating to the case of the Petitioner. 10.2 That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct to Respondent Authority to decide the representation filed by petitioner, seeking transfer from Block Bagicha, District- Jashpur to Block- Ambikapur, District- Surguja on medical ground within time bound period. 10.3 Any other relief, which Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and petition, may kindly be allowed with costs.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed detailed representation for seeking her transfer from Block Bagicha District Jashpur to Block Ambikapur District Surguja on medical ground, before the respondent authorities, but till date, her representation has not been decided. It is prayed that the petitioner may be given liberty to file a fresh representation and the said representation may be directed to be decided within stipulated time. 4. On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that on the basis of such grounds, the said transfer cannot be made. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is seeking transfer on the 3 ground of her ailment, as such, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh representation before the authority concerned along with the relevant documents within a period of 10 days from the date of copy of this order and in turn, the authorities are directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the said representation. 6.
