This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner / appellant in paragraph 5(i) of the order of this Court dated 26.06.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.6601 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.539 of 2023, directing the petitioner / appellant to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-, with two sureties each, for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu. 2.Heard both sides. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3.Considering the submissions on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner / appellant in paragraph 5(i) of the order of this Court dated 26.06.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.6601 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.539 of 2023 is hereby modified as follows: " 5. ..... (i) the petitioner / appellant shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each, for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu." 4.The other conditions imposed on the petitioner / appellant in Crl.M.P.No.6601 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.539 of 2023 dated 26.06.2025 shall stand unaltered.
