Learned counsel for respondent No.1, on instructions, submits that the petitioner shall be issued passport within one week from today.
2. In view of the aforesaid undertaking extended on behalf of respondent No.1, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition.
3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed being not pressed. Rule stands discharged. However, in case respondent No.1 fails to abide by the aforesaid undertaking, his salary to the extent of 1/3rd shall remain attached till the compliance is made.
