On the query being raised, the corpus stated that she is major and aged about 20 years. She does not want to go along with her father, the petitioner no. 2, Mohd. Dilawar Saifi. As the corpus is major, she is free to reside as per her wishes. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is dismissed.
