ORAL ORDER
1. This petition is filed by petitioners – accused Nos. 1 to 4 under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (hereinafter referred to as `BNSS’) praying to grant bail in crime No. 181/2025 of Thirumalashettihalli Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956 and Section 143(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional SPP for respondent - State.

Learned counsel for petitioners would contend that petitioners are in judicial custody since 22.08.2025 and therefore they are not required for any further custodial interrogation. The offence alleged against the petitioners is not punishable either with death or imprisonment for life. Out of 4 petitioners, petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are women, they are having children and they are coolie workers. Petitioners are ready to cooperate with the Police in the investigation. With this, he prayed to allow the petition.
4. Per contra, learned Additional SPP would contend that on receipt of credible information, raid was conducted and it was found that petitioners were involved in running brothel and involved in prostitution. Investigation is in progress. With this, she prayed for dismissal of the petition.
5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties this Court has perused the FIR, complaint, remand application and other materials are placed on record.

6. On raid being conducted on receipt of credible information, the Investigating Officer found the petitioners in the house which was alleged of running a brothel. The petitioners have been arrested on 22.08.2025 and they are in judicial custody. The offences alleged against the petitioners are not punishable either with death or imprisonment for life. Since the petitioners are in judicial custody, they are not required for further custodial interrogation. Out of 4 petitioners, petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are women, they are having children and doing coolie work. Considering all these aspects, the petitioners have made out case for grant of bail with conditions.
7. In the result, the following:
O R D E R Petition is allowed. Petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in crime No. 181/2025 of Thirumalashettihalli Police Station subject to following conditions:

I. Petitioners shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each with one surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court. II. Petitioners shall not tamper the prosecution witnesses either directly or indirectly. III. Petitioners shall cooperate with the Police in investigation. IV. Petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all dates of hearing unless exempted and cooperate in speedy disposal of the case.
