Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to provide protection of life and liberty to the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6. As per para No.5 of the petition, parties are already running into civil litigation. The efficacious alternative remedy available to the petitioner has not been exhausted and as such, the present petition is not maintainable and is disposed of accordingly.
