Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Mango (Olidih O.P.) P.S. Case No. 244 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1165 of 2024 for offence under sections 308 (4), 111(2)(b), 111(3) & 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Alok Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur. On 18.08.2024, rangdari was demanded from the informant by mobile phone bearing number 7633867532. The miscreants demanded Rs.25 lakhs as a rangdari. It was submitted that the mobile phone which was used in demanding rangdari belonged to co-accused Aman Raj from whom the said mobile phone was recovered. It was further submitted that no money was transferred to the accused persons. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Prabhash Singh has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.973 of 2025. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Alok Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur, in connection with Mango (Olidih O.P.) P.S. Case No. 244 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1165 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
